Women Golf The World | Effective October 17, 2026

Company Introduction

Women Golf The World (WGTW), based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, provides custom itinerary planning, travel introductions and agreed coordination for women golfers and friends in the United States. These Travel Arrangement Terms and Conditions are effective October 17, 2026 for new engagements accepted on or after that date. Existing bookings are not retroactively amended. WGTW's worldwide destination-marketing and editorial client services are governed by a separate Destination Marketing Agreement.

1. Travel Planning And Experiences

Custom Itinerary Planning

Personalized golf and destination experiences designed around the traveler's interests, preferences and schedule, including consultations, itinerary design and destination recommendations.

Group Travel Planning

Coordinated golf journeys for groups, working with trusted travel partners to arrange accommodations, golf, transfers and activities.

We work with trusted travel partners to bring your custom itinerary or group travel plans to life, unless WGTW expressly agrees in writing to arrange specific services directly. Your proposal identifies who is responsible for reservations, payments and travel arrangements. WGTW does not sell, book, ticket or arrange flights.

WGTW may organize and/or promote Professional Pro-Ams that bring amateur golfers together with golf professionals for competition and shared experiences, and International Women's Golf Tournaments combining competitive and social golf. Eligibility, formats, professional participation and inclusions are program-specific. Golf schools during travel may combine instruction, clinics and on-course learning with destination experiences, subject to confirmed professional providers.

A host or group leader is available upon request, subject to availability, written confirmation and the disclosed duties, fees and travel expenses. Hosting does not include personal care, medical treatment, continuous assistance or instruction unless expressly agreed with a qualified provider. WGTW remains responsible for its agreed work; independent suppliers operate their own services. Planning fees and confirmation conditions are in section 4.

2. Two Travel Arrangements

WGTW-managed: When WGTW expressly agrees to arrange or collect payment for identified travel services, it is responsible for its agreed work, handling of funds and applicable legal duties. Independent suppliers remain responsible for operating their services.

Partner-direct: When a traveler contracts and pays directly with an independent travel partner, that provider administers its bookings, payments, cancellations and refunds. WGTW's introduction, marketing or host does not alone guarantee the provider's performance or finances. Any separate WGTW planning or hosting fee has its own disclosed scope and refund terms. Actual conduct, accepted commitments and law control over labels such as independent or trusted.

3. Acceptance And Confirmed Services

An inquiry or waitlist is not a confirmed booking. A reservation requires written confirmation and required payment. Before committing, each adult must receive and accept these Terms and the applicable proposal, supplier terms and payment/refund schedule, including insurance information. A group leader may act for another adult only with authority. A leader who expressly accepts the Group Payment Guarantee on the booking form is jointly and severally liable with the identified travelers for their accepted balances and lawful cancellation charges, within the stated guarantee limit. Merely organizing, referring or accompanying a group creates no guarantee. Each adult must accept their own booking terms; a payment guarantee does not authorize photo consent for other adults. Material changes to accepted terms require agreement. These revised Terms do not retroactively change existing bookings.

4. Fees, Deposits And Payment Schedules

The accepted proposal states total price and currency, inclusions/exclusions, WGTW fees, supplier costs, deposit, installments, final payment, merchant/payment recipient and permitted payment methods. A deposit is credited toward the trip price. Planning fees may become non-refundable as disclosed when work is performed or authorized commitments are incurred. WGTW may incur binding supplier costs before full payment only with the customer's written authorization. Late payment may cause suspension or cancellation under disclosed terms; no undisclosed penalty or interest applies. Written authorization to secure identified supplier services may create a payment obligation before full payment, up to the authorized amount. On traveler cancellation, the customer remains responsible for disclosed, authorized and legally enforceable non-recoverable commitments, less supplier refunds, replacement receipts allocable to the same services and other recoveries. WGTW will provide supporting accounting; no cost may be collected twice. Insurance denial or delay does not eliminate lawful payment obligations.

Custom Itinerary Planning Fee And Trip Credit

A $1,000 USD standard planning fee per custom itinerary, not per traveler, is payable upfront before research, itinerary design or proposal work begins. Complex group itinerary planning starts at $1,500 USD per itinerary, with the exact fee quoted and accepted before work begins. Complexity may include multiple destinations, separate arrivals, extensive activities or special-event coordination. The accepted scope identifies the travelers, journey and planning deliverables. Any additional fee for unusually complex groups, expanded scope or substantial revisions requires advance disclosure and written acceptance. Once the client authorizes and WGTW begins planning, the fee is non-refundable if the client elects not to proceed, subject to mandatory law and WGTW's obligation to perform its agreed work. If WGTW does not begin or cannot provide the agreed planning service, it will refund the unearned amount as required by the agreement and law.

The accepted planning fee is credited in full once toward the price of that itinerary's trip when booked and confirmed through WGTW or its designated travel partner, with the required booking deposit paid. The proposal or invoice identifies how the credit is applied and who honors it. It is not a cash refund or an additional supplier deposit and does not itself satisfy a supplier payment deadline. WGTW must arrange any partner credit before representing that it will apply. If the client books elsewhere or does not confirm the planned trip, no trip credit is due. After confirmation, the credit is accounted for once in the trip price; subsequent cancellation follows the accepted cancellation schedule, mandatory refund rights and the prohibition on duplicate deductions.

Availability, Consent And Prompt Deposits

Paying the planning fee does not reserve rooms, tee times, event tickets, transportation or other supplier services, and does not lock availability, prices or exchange rates. Recommendations, quotes and proposed itineraries remain subject to supplier availability and written confirmation. WGTW requires the client's written approval of the proposed services, price and applicable supplier/payment/cancellation terms before making binding commitments on the client's behalf. Any authority to incur commitments before receipt of funds must state an express amount or limit.

The client must respond promptly to approval requests and pay required deposits and balances by the deadlines stated in writing. Holds may expire and availability or pricing may change before consent, cleared funds and supplier confirmation are received. WGTW will identify known hold expirations and payment deadlines; urgent changes or higher costs require renewed authorization unless already within a specifically accepted limit. Payment alone does not guarantee confirmation. WGTW will promptly report supplier confirmation or inability to confirm. If approved services become unavailable, WGTW will seek authorized alternatives; uncommitted travel funds are returned when due. Refund of travel funds does not automatically refund an earned planning fee, and the planning fee cannot be retained for work not performed or contrary to mandatory law.

Standard Schedule When Expressly Adopted In The Proposal

DOMESTIC (USA) TRIPS
- Initial deposit per traveler: Minimum $1,500 at booking
- Interim payment milestone: Total payments reach 50% of package price by 120 days before departure
- Final balance: Due 60 days before departure
- Bookings within final-payment window: Full payment at booking when 60 days or less remain

INTERNATIONAL TRIPS
- Initial deposit per traveler: Minimum $2,500 at booking
- Interim payment milestone: Total payments reach 50% of package price by 180 days before departure
- Final balance: Due 90 days before departure
- Bookings within final-payment window: Full payment at booking when 90 days or less remain

Deposits count toward the 50% milestone. Bookings after a payment deadline require amounts then due at confirmation. Higher deposits or earlier supplier deadlines must be disclosed before payment. These are contractual schedules, not statutory Florida amounts.

5. Changes And Traveler Cancellations

Request changes or cancellation in writing to [email protected] for WGTW-managed services, or to the contracting partner for partner-direct bookings. Cancellation takes effect when received; a delayed acknowledgment does not change that date. Changes depend on availability, supplier consent and previously disclosed fees. Substitutions are effective only when confirmed. A replacement must satisfy supplier eligibility, registration and payment requirements. Any reduction of cancellation charges depends on actual release of the original obligation, supplier refunds or replacement proceeds allocable to that service, less disclosed and lawful change costs. WGTW will credit these amounts without duplicate collection; finding a replacement alone does not guarantee a refund. Group-cost adjustments or single supplements must follow accepted terms. A supplier may treat name changes as cancellations.

Standard Traveler-Cancellation Schedule When Expressly Adopted

DOMESTIC (USA) TRIPS
- Early cancellation: 121+ days before departure
- Early cancellation charge: Initial deposit plus separately disclosed non-recoverable supplier costs
- Intermediate cancellation: 61-120 days: charge of 50% of package price plus initial deposit
- Final cancellation window: 0-60 days: no refund

INTERNATIONAL TRIPS
- Early cancellation: 181+ days before departure
- Early cancellation charge: Initial deposit plus separately disclosed non-recoverable supplier costs
- Intermediate cancellation: 91-180 days: charge of 50% of package price plus initial deposit
- Final cancellation window: 0-90 days: no refund

Refund equals amounts actually paid less lawful cancellation charges, never below zero. Charges cannot exceed the package price or duplicate deductions. Any unpaid cancellation obligation must have been expressly accepted and lawful. Deposits are non-refundable on traveler withdrawal under the adopted schedule, subject to mandatory rights, organizer cancellation and the refund provisions in sections 6 and 9. Event-specific terms may differ only as disclosed and accepted before payment.

Tournament, Pro-Am And Special-Event Bookings

Different event schedules may apply, including non-refundable deposits, installments or full payments upon traveler withdrawal, only when prominently disclosed and accepted before payment. Ticket, hospitality and substitution restrictions must be identified. Traveler-withdrawal forfeitures do not automatically govern cancellation or material change by WGTW, a partner or an event organizer. All schedules remain subject to mandatory law.

6. Refund Procedure And Organizer Cancellation

WGTW will provide an itemized refund calculation and pay refunds it owes within 30 calendar days of valid cancellation or the event creating its refund obligation, or sooner when required by law or contract. This is a contractual outside deadline, not a universal Florida statutory deadline. Refunds normally return to the original payment method. Credits replace cash only with required express agreement. Where funds have been lawfully paid to a supplier and WGTW has no independent duty to refund them, WGTW need not advance an unrecovered supplier refund. Written cancellation procedures still apply. WGTW will request and reasonably pursue available recovery and remit refundable recoveries within 14 calendar days of receipt, or sooner if required. This restriction never permits retention of funds WGTW independently owes or funds it has not lawfully earned or committed. Supplier recovery does not postpone money WGTW independently owes. If WGTW cancels its contracted trip for insufficient enrollment, it refunds trip payments received, including deposits; the proposal states minimum enrollment and the decision date. Independent airfare and other outside purchases are not automatically reimbursed.

Mandatory Florida Rights

Florida Sellers of Travel law and other nonwaivable rights control over every deposit, refund or limitation provision. If an offering qualifies as a vacation certificate, section 559.933, Florida Statutes, provides applicable cancellation rights, including the 30-day purchase/receipt cancellation window, and refund requirements generally within 30 days after receipt of the certificate and cancellation notice, with statutory adjustments for benefits received. Required certificate-specific disclosures apply to such offerings. Ordinary trip schedules are not represented as those statutory rules. Unused services otherwise follow disclosed terms and law.

7. Travel Insurance And CFAR

Travelers should consider cancellation/interruption, medical, evacuation, delay, baggage, golf-equipment and supplier-default coverage where available. Optional Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) is not automatically included; eligibility, purchase windows, insured-cost requirements, cancellation cutoff and partial reimbursement vary by policy and residence. Ask a licensed provider promptly after the first payment. The insurer decides claims; WGTW does not guarantee coverage or payment. Insurance does not excuse contractual payments or replace WGTW's own legal obligations. Declining coverage leaves the traveler responsible for otherwise non-refundable losses.

8. Pricing, Documents And Independent Travel

The proposal states whether prices are fixed or subject to a disclosed currency, tax or supplier-adjustment basis. No unlimited unilateral increase is authorized. Additional costs and material changes require disclosure and any legally required agreement or cancellation rights. Travelers must verify actual passport, visa, health and transit requirements, meet carrier rules, and arrange suitable connections and golf-equipment carriage. WGTW does not sell, issue tickets for, book or arrange flights. Travelers book and pay for flights independently with an airline or a separate authorized air-ticketing provider. Airfare is not included in WGTW services or prices. WGTW is not responsible for losses solely caused by independent carriers, but retains any duties imposed on it as a ticket agent or contracting provider.

Golf, Events, Health And Hosted Programs

Courses and organizers control tee times, weather closures, maintenance, handicap/dress/cart rules, credentials and access. WGTW may reasonably adjust sequencing or seek comparable alternatives for safety or local conditions; material-change and refund rights remain intact. Travelers should assess physical demands and disclose relevant functional, dietary or accessibility needs before booking. Personal care, medical treatment and evacuation are not included unless agreed. Abusive, unsafe or unlawful conduct may lead to removal, after warning where practicable. Added costs caused by misconduct and refunds for unused services follow accepted terms and law. Disability or an accommodation request is not misconduct.

Weather, Course Closures, Rain Checks And Unused Golf

Contact the golf course before assuming that weather has closed it, and notify the designated travel planner or WGTW promptly if play is affected. If a course remains open, a personal decision not to play ordinarily follows the disclosed no-show/cancellation policy; weather alone does not guarantee a refund. Course closures, interrupted rounds, temporary greens and maintenance are subject to the course's disclosed rules. For unused golf due to weather, refunds are available only if the golf course issues them under its own policies. WGTW does not guarantee a weather refund and will pass on any refundable course payment owed to the traveler only after it is received by WGTW, within the period in section 6. For partner-direct bookings, the contracting travel planner or course handles the refund under its own terms. A course may instead offer a rain check or rescheduled round; WGTW does not exchange rain checks for cash. This does not limit any independent refund obligation imposed on WGTW by mandatory law.

Missed tee times, late arrival, voluntary early departure and other unused services follow the accepted supplier and booking terms; no automatic refund is promised. WGTW will seek available alternatives and supplier recoveries for services within its agreed role. Added charges for an alternative require authorization; any refundable saving or recovery owed to the traveler will be accounted for and remitted. Where WGTW has no independent refund obligation, supplier-dependent refunds are payable only to the extent actually recovered, under sections 6 and 9. WGTW cannot rely on these provisions to avoid refunds or remedies independently required by its own commitments or law.

Problems During Travel - Contact And Resolution

Before departure, each traveler must provide a valid emergency contact telephone number, the contact person's full name and relationship to the traveler, and express permission for WGTW and the designated travel planner or host to contact that person in an emergency. The traveler must confirm that the contact knows they have been designated, is willing to be contacted and can be reached at the supplied number, including country code. Travelers must promptly update any changes. Contact information will be used and shared only as reasonably needed for emergency assistance and applicable legal duties, consistent with the Privacy Policy. This authorization does not itself give the contact authority to make medical or financial decisions for the traveler.

Each traveler will receive WGTW's company contact information and the designated travel planner's or host's applicable trip and emergency contact details before departure. Travelers should save those details and carry an accessible copy. Any hours of availability or emergency-service limitations will be identified; ordinary company email is not a substitute for local emergency services.

For an immediate safety or medical emergency, contact local emergency services first. For a service problem, promptly notify the responsible hotel, course, transport provider or other supplier and give it a reasonable opportunity to address the issue. Also notify the designated travel planner and WGTW at [email protected], or the trip-specific contact provided in the confirmation, as soon as reasonably practicable. State the booking reference, location, problem and requested remedy, and retain relevant photographs, receipts and correspondence. Use the provider's emergency number for urgent operational matters; email is not represented as continuously monitored.

WGTW will reasonably assist within its agreed scope. Travelers should seek approval before incurring replacement-service costs unless an emergency makes that impracticable. Prompt reporting helps preserve evidence and the opportunity to remedy a problem; delayed reporting does not automatically forfeit claims, shorten statutory deadlines or excuse WGTW's own obligations. Formal unresolved disputes follow section 12.

Special Requests, Incidentals And Personal Expenses

Special requests are the traveler's responsibility under the accepted terms of the trip and the applicable supplier's policies. Travelers must communicate dietary, accessibility, room, transport and other material needs to the designated travel planner or responsible provider before booking, or promptly when they arise; obtain written confirmation of any agreed arrangements; and pay any disclosed and accepted additional charges. Notify WGTW when the request concerns a service WGTW has agreed to provide or coordinate. Recording or forwarding a request does not confirm supplier acceptance. A request becomes a confirmed inclusion only when expressly accepted by the responsible provider and identified in the written confirmation. WGTW remains responsible for any request it expressly undertakes to arrange and will communicate known limitations. Applicable disability and other mandatory rights remain intact. Unless expressly included in the accepted price, travelers pay their own resort or destination fees disclosed as excluded, gratuities, meals and drinks, spa services, shop purchases, rental equipment, baggage charges and other personal extras. Hotels, rental properties and vehicle providers may require a card hold or damage/security deposit under disclosed supplier terms. A hold is separate from the trip price; release timing depends on the provider and card issuer. Travelers are responsible for documented damage or authorized charges attributable to them, subject to law and their right to dispute inaccuracies. No undisclosed mandatory charge or automatic damage liability is created by this paragraph.

9. Force Majeure And Mitigation

Neither party is liable for affected nonmonetary performance prevented by events beyond reasonable control despite reasonable mitigation, including pandemics, public-health restrictions, war, terrorism, government action, natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, transport failure or material supply-chain disruption. Lack of funds, ordinary price increases or the affected party's own fault do not by themselves qualify. Give prompt notice, identify affected services and seek reasonable alternatives. If performance cannot reasonably resume by the service date and no alternative is accepted, affected services may be cancelled subject to the following refund rules.

Funds, Supplier Recovery And Insurance

Force majeure does not automatically forfeit all payments. WGTW accounts for work performed, unearned fees, supplier commitments and recoveries. Disclosed fees for completed work may be retained only as agreed and lawful. Where money was lawfully remitted to suppliers and WGTW has no independent duty to advance a refund, reimbursement is limited to recoveries owed to the traveler. WGTW will promptly request available recovery, reasonably follow up, provide updates and remit recovered refundable funds within 14 calendar days of receipt, or sooner as required. This never delays a refund WGTW independently owes. Partner-direct recovery is requested from that provider. WGTW can assist with records but does not promise litigation or an advance of unrecovered funds. Insurance depends on the actual policy.

Warranty Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFORMATIONAL WEBSITE AND EDITORIAL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED AS AVAILABLE, WITHOUT IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WGTW DOES NOT WARRANT THAT INDEPENDENT SUPPLIER SERVICES, COURSE CONDITIONS, WEATHER, EVENT ACCESS OR TRAVEL EXPERIENCES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR MEET EVERY PERSONAL EXPECTATION. THIS DISCLAIMER DOES NOT EXCLUDE WGTW'S EXPRESS WRITTEN PROMISES, ITS DUTY TO PERFORM AGREED SERVICES, REQUIRED ACCURACY OR DISCLOSURES, OR ANY WARRANTY, REFUND, DUTY OR REMEDY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED. SECTION 10'S EXCEPTIONS APPLY.

Travel-Risk Acknowledgment - Not A General Liability Release

TRAVEL AND GOLF INVOLVE RISKS INCLUDING ERRANT GOLF BALLS, CLUBS AND CARTS; UNEVEN OR SLIPPERY GROUND; FALLS; PHYSICAL EXERTION; HEAT, COLD AND SEVERE WEATHER; TRANSPORT ACCIDENTS; ILLNESS; AND LIMITED ACCESS TO MEDICAL CARE IN SOME DESTINATIONS. TRAVELERS ACKNOWLEDGE THESE INHERENT RISKS, ASSESS THEIR ABILITY TO PARTICIPATE, FOLLOW REASONABLE SAFETY AND PROVIDER INSTRUCTIONS, USE SUITABLE EQUIPMENT AND SEEK APPROPRIATE MEDICAL ADVICE WHERE NEEDED. THIS ACKNOWLEDGMENT DOES NOT RELEASE WGTW OR ANY PROVIDER FROM ITS OWN ACTIONABLE NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OR NONWAIVABLE DUTIES. ANY ACTIVITY-SPECIFIC RELEASE MUST BE PRESENTED SEPARATELY, EXPRESSLY ACCEPTED AND LAWFUL; PARTICIPATION ALONE DOES NOT CREATE A GENERAL RELEASE.

10. Limitation Of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WGTW'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR A PAID BOOKING OR ENGAGEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL THE CLAIMANT ACTUALLY PAID TO WGTW OR ITS AUTHORIZED COLLECTION AGENT FOR THAT BOOKING OR ENGAGEMENT, INCLUDING SUPPLIER FUNDS WGTW COLLECTED. DIRECT PAYMENTS TO INDEPENDENT PROVIDERS ARE EXCLUDED. RELATED CLAIMS DO NOT MULTIPLY THE CAP. WGTW EXCLUDES INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR OPPORTUNITIES AND LOSS OF ANTICIPATED ENJOYMENT, TO THE EXTENT LAWFUL.

Exceptions And Application

THE CAP AND EXCLUSIONS DO NOT LIMIT REFUNDS OR RETURN/ACCOUNTING OF FUNDS LEGALLY OR CONTRACTUALLY OWED; FRAUD; GROSS NEGLIGENCE; WILLFUL MISCONDUCT; NONWAIVABLE PERSONAL-INJURY/DEATH LIABILITY; STATUTORY LEGAL FEES; OR OTHER NONWAIVABLE DUTIES AND REMEDIES. NO ZERO-DOLLAR RELEASE APPLIES TO UNPAID EDITORIAL SUBMISSIONS OR WEBSITE USE, AND NO GENERAL RELEASE OF WGTW'S ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE IS CREATED. ALL WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, RELEASES, RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENTS, SUPPLIER LIMITS, REFUNDS AND DISPUTE PROVISIONS IN THESE TERMS AND THE CONTRIBUTOR RELEASE ARE SUBJECT TO THESE LIMITATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS. THE CAP LIMITS RECOVERABLE DAMAGES, NOT THE AMOUNT A PERSON MAY DEMAND; THE FORUM FOR A DISPUTE IS GOVERNED BY SECTION 12.

11. Indemnification And Hold Harmless

TO THE EXTENT LAWFUL, CUSTOMERS AND CONTRIBUTORS INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS WGTW AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES AGAINST THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS AND REASONABLE DEFENSE EXPENSES, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES, TO THE EXTENT CAUSED BY THEIR UNLAWFUL ACTS, MATERIAL BREACH OR SUBMISSION WITHOUT REQUIRED RIGHTS. THIS EXCLUDES AN INDEMNITEE'S OWN FAULT AND UNRELATED SUPPLIER MISCONDUCT. WGTW MUST GIVE PROMPT NOTICE AND REASONABLE COOPERATION; DELAYED NOTICE EXCUSES OBLIGATIONS ONLY TO THE EXTENT PREJUDICIAL. THE INDEMNIFYING PERSON MAY DEFEND WITH REASONABLY ACCEPTABLE COUNSEL. NO SETTLEMENT IMPOSING AN ADMISSION OR OBLIGATION ON WGTW MAY BE MADE WITHOUT REASONABLE WRITTEN CONSENT. DIRECT DISPUTES FOLLOW SECTION 12; INDEMNITY IS NOT A CHARGE FOR EXERCISING CONSUMER RIGHTS.

12. Disputes, Notice, Mediation And Binding Arbitration

Send written dispute notice describing the facts, agreement, amount and requested remedy to [email protected]; WGTW sends notice to the customer's designated address/email. Allow 30 calendar days to cure a curable breach or seek resolution, unless a deadline or urgent remedy requires earlier action. Either party may then request nonbinding mediation, remotely or at a mutually agreed location, to be arranged within 30 days. Mediator fees are shared equally unless applicable law, provider rules or written agreement requires otherwise; each party initially pays its own attorney. If declined, unavailable or unsuccessful, the following arbitration agreement applies.

Binding Individual Arbitration And Class-Action Waiver

Except for the exceptions below, WGTW and the accepting customer agree that disputes arising from these Terms, a booking or WGTW services will be resolved by one neutral arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules, or Commercial Arbitration Rules for a nonconsumer business engagement. Rules and filing information are available at www.adr.org or 1-800-778-7879. The Federal Arbitration Act governs enforceability where applicable; otherwise Florida arbitration law applies. Florida substantive law applies subject to section 15. Judgment on an award may be entered in a court with jurisdiction. For consumer cases, hearings may be remote, in the consumer's home county or at another mutually agreed location. WGTW pays fees allocated to the business by AAA rules or mandatory law and any additional amount necessary to keep arbitration accessible. Consumer fee waivers and all remedies, statutory damages and fee rights available under applicable law remain available. WGTW will submit its consumer clause for required AAA review/registration; no AAA approval is represented by these Terms. If AAA declines because of WGTW's failure to comply or pay, the consumer may proceed in a court with jurisdiction. If AAA is otherwise unavailable, another administrator requires mutual agreement; absent agreement, either party may proceed in court.

TO THE EXTENT LAWFUL, COVERED CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT INDIVIDUALLY, NOT AS A CLASS, COLLECTIVE OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. BOTH PARTIES WAIVE A JURY TRIAL FOR CLAIMS VALIDLY SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION. An arbitrator may award individual relief but may not consolidate claims without all affected parties' consent. A court determines enforceability of this arbitration agreement and class waiver. If the class waiver is unenforceable for a claim or remedy, that claim or remedy proceeds in court rather than class arbitration; severable individual claims remain arbitrable where lawful.

Exceptions And Preserved Rights

Either party may use eligible small-claims court. Regulatory complaints, lawful card disputes, legally nonarbitrable claims and nonwaivable public-injunctive or representative relief remain available. Either party may seek temporary urgent court relief without waiving arbitration of the merits. No notice or mediation requirement delays statutory, cancellation, refund or card-dispute deadlines. No contractual shortening of a statutory limitation period applies. Mandatory consumer venue and other nonwaivable rights control.

Legal Expenses

Each party initially pays its own counsel. Reasonable attorneys' fees and costs may be awarded only where authorized by applicable law or an enforceable agreement, without reducing mandatory consumer protections or shifting business arbitration fees contrary to applicable rules or law. A prevailing party may recover lawful enforcement fees, subject to these restrictions.

13. Chargebacks And Payment Disputes

Report concerns promptly to the merchant identified on the receipt so they can be investigated. The section 12 process applies without requiring delay of a lawful card dispute or issuer deadline. WGTW may contest a chargeback using accurate acceptance, payment and fulfillment records. Reversal does not itself determine contractual liability; any lawful remaining debt may be pursued without duplicate collection. No automatic chargeback penalty applies, and exercising a lawful dispute right is not itself a breach. Knowingly false factual representations or obtaining duplicate reimbursement may support recovery of the actual loss and reasonable documented expenses only where legally recoverable and established by agreement or the dispute process. A rejected chargeback alone does not establish misconduct. WGTW will not automatically debit disputed costs or impose punitive administrative charges. Legal or collection costs are recoverable only as agreed, awarded and lawful; reconcile refunds and reversals to prevent duplicate reimbursement.

14. Itinerary Rights And Trip Photographs

WGTW owns or licenses its original planning materials and branding. Custom proposals, itinerary text and nonpublic pricing are supplied for evaluating and booking the proposed WGTW engagement. Without written permission, customers may not copy, resell, publish or provide these materials to competitors to reproduce the proposed trip or bypass agreed planning compensation. Sharing with WGTW's designated travel partner and necessary personal advisers is allowed. Public facts, independently developed plans, pre-existing supplier relationships and expressly granted paid planning rights are not restricted. No automatic penalty applies; proven loss or appropriate relief is pursued under section 12.

The optional Trip Photo Authorization presented on the booking form controls promotional use of the accepting adult's likeness. Participation or silence alone grants no consent. WGTW must hold the photographer's rights as well as any required likeness permissions. Minors require appropriate parent/guardian permission. Editorial submissions outside the trip authorization use a separate contributor release. Unrelated advertising, third-party licensing and endorsements require separate specific permission. The substantive photo authorization appears below.

15. Florida Governing Law

These Terms and WGTW engagements are governed by Florida law, without conflict-of-law rules, together with applicable federal law. Mandatory protections of another jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be waived remain effective. Nothing waives duties under Florida Sellers of Travel law, sections 559.926-559.939, or other nonwaivable law. The accepted proposal may specify service details but cannot override mandatory protections.

16. Privacy, Technology And Separate Policies

The Privacy & Cookie Policy explains data use, travel introductions, newsletter choices and applicable GDPR/California rights. Editorial permission is separate from marketing subscription. WGTW uses reasonable security precautions but does not guarantee uninterrupted systems or immunity from criminal acts. Limits for independent technology failures do not excuse WGTW's own actionable conduct, required breach notices or other legal duties. Do not email full card details; verify changed bank instructions through a known channel. Accessibility and inclusion commitments are provided separately.

17. Entire Agreement, Authority And Severability

These Terms, the accepted proposal and identified applicable supplier terms constitute the agreement for the services they address. Neither WGTW nor a partner may bind the other or promise refunds on its behalf without authority. Specific written commitments control over inconsistent general wording only to the extent lawful; material amendments require agreement. An unenforceable provision is severed to the extent permitted, leaving the remainder effective. WGTW remains responsible for its express commitments, own conduct and funds it receives.

18. Florida Registration And Surety Bond

Women Golf The World is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel. Registration No. ST14303. Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, Surety Bond No. 7901357782, $25,000. Registration and bonding are not state endorsement or a guarantee of every supplier's performance.
