1. Our Commitment
Women Golf The World (WGTW) serves women golfers and friends and welcomes respectful participation. We are committed to dignity, courtesy and freedom from unlawful discrimination and harassment. Our focus on the women's golf market does not remove applicable nondiscrimination obligations. This policy applies to WGTW's own services, communications, hosted activities and digital content. Updated October 17, 2026.
2. Respectful Participation
We expect travelers, hosts, contributors and partners interacting through WGTW to treat others respectfully. Harassment, threats, abuse and unsafe or unlawful conduct are unacceptable. Concerns will be considered fairly and without retaliation for raising them in good faith. Program eligibility, handicap standards, age restrictions and competition rules must be disclosed and applied consistently with applicable law; this policy does not promise eligibility for every independently operated event.
3. Digital Accessibility
We work toward readable text, clear navigation and headings, useful image descriptions, keyboard access and compatibility with assistive technologies. Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. If you encounter a barrier in a page, form or document, please contact us so we can address it and offer an appropriate accessible way to obtain information or complete a request. This policy does not certify that every feature or third-party platform has been independently audited or is fully accessible.
4. Travel Needs And Reasonable Accommodations
Travelers should communicate relevant mobility, accessibility, dietary or assistance needs before booking, or promptly when needs arise, under the trip and supplier terms. Obtain written confirmation of agreed arrangements from the responsible planner or provider. Merely recording or forwarding a request does not confirm it. WGTW will address requests concerning its own agreed services and reasonably coordinate with the responsible partner where it has undertaken that role. Applicable accommodation and nondiscrimination duties remain effective.
Courses, destinations and transport may have different terrain, facilities and physical demands. We seek clear information and practical solutions rather than assuming a person's ability from a diagnosis. Personal care, medical treatment, mobility equipment and continuous assistance are not included unless expressly agreed with a qualified provider. A request for accommodation or a disability is not misconduct. Independent providers remain responsible for their own services, and WGTW remains responsible for its own duties.
5. Feedback And Assistance
Email [email protected] with the subject Accessibility Or Inclusion. Identify the page, service or event, describe the barrier or concern, and provide your preferred way to communicate. Share functional needs rather than unnecessary sensitive medical information. We will make reasonable efforts to respond, review the issue, address barriers and offer an appropriate alternative. For an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services first.
6. Applicable Rights
This policy operates under applicable Florida and federal accessibility and nondiscrimination requirements and preserves other nonwaivable rights. It does not restrict legal complaints, remedies or requests for accommodation. We may update it to reflect service and accessibility improvements, identifying revisions by date.
